How our employee assessments service can help your organization

AGH's consultants are experienced in conducting assessments ranging from pre-employment cognitive testing and work-style evaluations to those that can assist in team-building or providing feedback to executives or managers.

In order to select the right assessment tool, our advisors work with you to first determine what type of information is sought and for what purpose. Once the right tool is identified, our advisors can continue on in the process by conducting the assessments, providing a summary of the scores to the identified personnel and identifying their significance to the organization. These results can be useful in determining whether an individual should be hired, in which area he/she might best fit, the range of potential he/she may have, the types of professional development or mentoring that might be required, and even any potential problems or issues that could arise.
